Adellco was responsible for bringing international names like architect Jacques Garcia to design the interiors of Adellco projects, including d’Orsay, and lauded French design house PINTO to design The Wales conversion in Carnegie Hill. Both projects were the celebrated firms’ first residential developments in New York.
Armorie features one- to four-bedroom homes and a magnificent penthouse with a private rooftop terrace that will come to market later this year. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is exclusively managing marketing and sales. Occupancy is slated for early Q1 2026.
