CCS Facility Services Launches Education Division, Key Promotions

Strategic Expansion Underscores the Company’s Commitment to Educational Excellence and Leadership Development

CCS Facility Services is proud to announce the formal launch of its Education Division, a strategic expansion designed to meet the unique needs of educational institutions nationwide. This new division will focus exclusively on delivering high-quality custodial and facility services to colleges and universities as well as K-12 schools and districts. This strategic move reinforces the company’s commitment to creating clean, safe, and healthy learning environments for students.

As part of this exciting development, CCS Facility Services is pleased to announce the promotion of two outstanding sales leaders, both of whom are former educators themselves:

Meghan Santella has been named Vice President of Education and Strategic Accounts. Meghan brings a wealth of experience in strategic partnerships and education-focused solutions. A former educator with a master’s degree in education from the University of Notre Dame, Meghan has led CCS Facility Services’ efforts in higher education and K-12 partnerships, consistently delivering exceptional results and building lasting relationships with school communities.

Katrina Neal has been promoted to Business Development Manager, Education and Strategic Accounts. After a decade in the classroom, Katrina joined CCS Facility Services in 2024 and has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint in the education sector. Her strategic insight and dedication to partnership development have made her an invaluable asset to the team.

“Our Education Division is built by educators, for educators,” said Troy Coker, Chief Executive Officer. “Meghan and Katrina exemplify the passion and expertise that define our approach to service. Their leadership will ensure that our education clients receive the tailored support they deserve.”

The Education Division will operate with a mission to elevate custodial standards in schools, recognizing the critical role that clean environments play in student success, faculty wellbeing, and overall campus culture.

“Clean schools strengthen community, belonging, and support both operations and school culture,” shares Santella. “This dedicated Education Division embodies our commitment to listening, innovating, and investing in communities. By applying educators’ insights to facility services, we create solutions that enhance school environments and foster success.”

With a proven track record of retention among education clients and a growing presence in schools across CCS Facility Services’ footprint, the company is poised to become the premier facility services partner for educational institutions nationwide.
