Under the terms of the agreement, Ceragon will provide a full suite of managed services for the operator’s extensive network. The scope includes remote technical support, on-site assistance, and spare management with advanced replacement services. In addition, the operator will leverage Ceragon’s Network Digital Twin to enable predictive and preventive maintenance, allowing potential issues to be identified and resolved before they impact service. This comprehensive support model is critical for maintaining the high levels of network availability and quality that the operator’s customers expect.
The services will cover a multi-vendor network environment that includes equipment from various suppliers. Ceragon’s expertise in managing diverse network technologies ensures seamless integration and operational efficiency. The geographical coverage of the contract is extensive, spanning the entire Colombian territory through five subregions, each supported by a dedicated warehouse to facilitate rapid deployment of resources and spare parts.
