Waste Pro Secures $931M in Q4 Contracts, Completes 24 Acquisitions

Waste Pro

Waste Pro heads into Q4 with strong momentum, projecting a record year for new and renewed municipal contracts and closing on 24 strategic acquisitions throughout its 12-state footprint. Revenue for contracts awarded or started in 2025 exceeds $931 million for the initial terms of these agreements, with the potential to reach more than $1.7 billion with extensions and renewals. These franchise agreements encompass 30 new and 23 renewed exclusive municipal contracts, serving over 444,000 residential customers, as well as one landfill operation and maintenance contract. The contract terms vary from one to ten years and provide for further long-term extensions. Among the largest startups Waste Pro has executed in 2025 are its contract with Sarasota County, Florida, and a renewed and amended agreement with service changes in Manatee County, Florida. The company will commence expanded services under a new contract in Orange County, Florida, before the end of the year. Together, these three contracts alone account for more than $520 million in their initial terms, servicing a total of 223,000 customers.

From January through the end of September 2025, Waste Pro closed on 24 acquisitions. These strategic acquisitions will expand Waste Pro’s customer base and services in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, and Tennessee, and further solidify the company’s targeted expansion throughout its southeastern footprint. These acquisitions add to Waste Pro’s operationally diverse portfolio in residential and commercial hauling, industrial waste and cleaning services, portable toilets, as well as disposal and recycling processing. The company invested a total of $170 million in purchase considerations, which is expected to net approximately $91 million in annual revenue.

Waste Pro, founded in 2001 by John J. Jennings, is based in Longwood, Florida, and began with a commitment to creating a more sustainable future through innovative solid waste and recycling solutions. As the company approaches its 25th anniversary, it has recorded revenue growth of approximately 86% under current President and CEO Sean Jennings, who assumed leadership in 2020. Revenues for 2025 are on target to reach a projected $1.4 billion. Sean shares, “I am proud to carry my family’s legacy in the industry into its third generation, and I am committed to carrying out and expanding my father’s vision of a people-centered company focused on serving our communities and our employees. Our continued growth is a testament to that strong foundation.”
