Cynopsis Honors Net Conversion CMO Kristina Canada in 2025

Net Conversion announces that its Chief Marketing Officer Kristina Canada will be honored as a 2025 Cynopsis “Top Women in Media” award recipient in the “Marketing Trailblazers” category at tonight’s gala to be held at The Lighthouse at Pier 60 in New York City. She joins a distinguished group of honorees recognized for their leadership, innovation, and lasting contributions to the media industry.

Since joining Net Conversion in 2018 as the company’s first female executive, Canada has helped more than double the agency’s size and redefined its culture, strategy, and brand identity, but her impact extends well beyond business growth. From launching internal training initiatives to showing up personally for new hires, Canada has made it her mission to build not just a high-performing agency, but a place where people thrive.

“Kristina isn’t just driving growth, she is making Net Conversion a place where people want to work — and redefining what leadership looks like in our industry,” says Ryan Fitzgerald, CEO of Net Conversion.

The Cynopsis “Top Women in Media” Awards spotlight women transforming the media industry — from executives and marketers to content creators and visionaries. This year’s event celebrates not only past achievements but the future impact of women who continue to lead with purpose and integrity.

“I’m truly honored to be recognized among such a remarkable group of women,” says Kristina Canada, Chief Marketing Officer at Net Conversion. “I accept the award on behalf of the people I am privileged to work alongside every day, and the belief that you can drive exceptional business results while creating a culture that values camaraderie and kindness.”
