Stream Realty Partners adds Billy Byrne and Lindsay Brown to Denver Office

Stream Realty strengthens its Denver platform with experienced real estate leaders.

Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, has bolstered its Denver office with the addition of Billy Byrne and Lindsay Brown, who join as Executive Managing Directors and Partners. Byrne and Brown will now lead Stream’s Denver operations, bringing decades of expertise and a proven track record of advising clients across industries.

Byrne and Brown previously launched and grew Hughes Marino’s Denver office, where they established one of the city’s most respected tenant representation practices. Collectively, they have negotiated more than $1.5 billion in transaction consideration, representing millions of square feet of Fortune 500 companies, law firms, oil and gas companies, and technology users.

“Denver is a critical growth market for Stream, and Billy and Lindsay are the leaders we want guiding our next chapter here,” said Derek Land, Head of New Markets & Partner at Stream. “They bring unmatched market knowledge, trusted client relationships, and the ability to grow our presence while elevating the service we deliver.”

Byrne and Brown are joined by a team of four professionals, further enhancing Stream’s Denver platform. Marc Feldman joins as Senior Vice President, and Tyler Herman, Anna Quattlebaum, and Greg Paugh as Vice Presidents. Together, the expanded team brings expertise in tenant representation, workplace strategy, and corporate consulting, positioning Stream Denver for significant growth across service lines.

“Stream’s collaborative culture and national resources provide an incredible opportunity to deliver even more value to clients,” said Byrne. “We’re excited to lead this office and continue building a best-in-class tenant representation platform while expanding into additional service lines.”

Brown added, “Denver is a dynamic and growing market, and with Stream’s support, we’re well-positioned to help companies navigate their real estate strategies and achieve their goals. Our team is energized by this next chapter.”
