Aerotek, a leading provider of workplace solutions for manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation, facilities and maintenance, has opened applications for its Summer 2026 Ascend at Aerotek Internship Program. Designed for college students and recent graduates, the program offers a challenging and rewarding 10-week experience that builds foundational skills for long-term career success.
Through the Ascend at Aerotek Internship Program, participants will gain hands-on exposure to real-world business projects. The internship program offers two career tracks:
Sales Internships – Interns will dive into the fundamentals of recruiting and sales, learning how to understand client needs and support them through shifting market dynamics. This track offers an introduction to the core of the company’s operations.
Corporate Internships – Interns will explore a variety of career paths, including finance, marketing and people operations. With cross-training opportunities, participants can discover new possibilities and sharpen their professional interests.
