Mesirow, an independent, employee-owned financial services firm, today announced the appointment of three new internal Directors to the firm’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). Comprising a diverse group of business and industry executives, the Mesirow Board shapes all facets of the firm’s corporate policy and strategy.
Joining the Mesirow Board effective immediately are:
Jennifer E. Rosenblum, CFA, Senior Managing Director and Wealth Advisor in Mesirow Wealth Management. With nearly four decades in financial services, Jennifer works with individuals, families, charitable organizations, and business owners to build comprehensive plans to accumulate, grow, protect, and distribute wealth. She joined Mesirow in 1997. Among her honors are being named to Crain’s Chicago Business’ Notable Women Executives and the Forbes 2025 Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-in-State list.
Michael Annin, CFA, President and founding member of Mesirow Fiduciary Solutions. In this role, Mike oversees client development, marketing, research, methodology, and project management. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mike has led numerous initiatives focused on the defined contribution market – including Mesirow fiduciary partnership and custom target services.
Joseph P. Hoffman, CFA, Chief Executive Officer of Mesirow Currency. Joe leads the team in developing customized currency solutions for institutional clients. Under his leadership, assets under management have grown significantly to $184 billion as of June 30, 2025. He has been instrumental in advancing new FX execution and exposure management solutions, enhancing efficiency and expanding capabilities for our institutional clients, while spearheading Mesirow’s international growth. Joe is Chair of the Foreign Exchange Professionals Association (FXPA).
