Strategic Marketing Executive Joins Leading Litigation Support Provider to Drive Expansion and Client Engagement
First Legal, the nation’s leading litigation support services provider, has hired Vice President of Marketing Ron Dappen, a business and marketing strategist with years of experience in legal support and technology-enabled services. Dappen joins First Legal’s Executive Team as one of several recent strategic hires as the company positions itself for further growth.

A marketing leader with more than two decades of experience in the legal industry, Dappen has helped scale global legal services and technology companies from early-stage startups to market leaders. He previously served as global head of marketing at Elevate, where he guided the company’s brand and go-to-market strategy from inception through years of rapid growth. He also held senior roles at Integreon and more recently founded and led a marketing consultancy focused on helping innovative legal service providers grow.
At First Legal, Dappen will lead all aspects of marketing strategy and execution, helping to strengthen client relationships, expand the company’s footprint nationally, and reinforce the company’s role as the leading one-stop shop for litigation support services.
