Regal Rexnord Corporation (NYSE: RRX) today published its annual Sustainability Report, including progress towards its environmental goals. The report provides an update on how sustainability considerations are intertwined with the Company’s growth strategy:
- Developing innovative products and sustainable solutions that customers value, while intentionally factoring environmental considerations into how they are designed and manufactured;
- Creating a workplace that invites diversity of thought, experiences, and backgrounds, where all associates are included and can leverage their unique perspectives to foster innovation and drive success for customers, fellow associates, and shareholders; and
- Maintaining sound corporate governance policies and practices that are considered a cornerstone of effective risk management.
The Sustainability Report provides a strategic update on how the Company is operating consistently with its business purpose, which is to Create a Better Tomorrow with Sustainable Solutions that Power, Transmit, and Control Motion. Helping customers, communities, and the planet by providing sustainable solutions remains core to how and why Regal Rexnord operates.
The report also shares progress towards the Company’s goal of achieving carbon emission neutrality across Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 2032. In 2024, the Company achieved a 13% year-over-year reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions and decreased its GHG emission intensity by 9.8%. Additionally, the report outlines ways the Company is helping customers achieve their own sustainability goals by making our end users’ applications more environmentally friendly.

Regal Rexnord’s annual sustainability report and accompanying disclosures demonstrate its progress around the world and provide key data and metrics prepared in general alignment with the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosure (TCFD), the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). The report covers the fiscal year that ended December 31, 2024, with reference to certain actions and developments during 2025.
