SHIFT, the Dallas-based co-warehousing company known for making flexible warehouse space easy and accessible, has officially rebranded as Polygon. The new name, paired with the new website at polygonspaces.com, reflects the company’s evolution and its commitment to building spaces shaped around the needs of real businesses.
Polygon continues the same mission that defined SHIFT: providing right-sized warehouse spaces built for entrepreneurs, ecommerce brands, makers, nonprofits, and service providers. Each location offers private units sized from 250 to 5,000 square feet, backed by shared amenities, short-term agreements, and daily operational conveniences like loading docks, carrier pickups, and included utilities.
“The name Polygon better captures what we do,” said Alex Woodard, CEO of Polygon (formerly SHIFT). “Just as a polygon can take many shapes, we design our spaces to flex and adapt to what small businesses actually need—whether they’re shipping orders, making products, or storing equipment. Our goal hasn’t changed: we want to simplify the space problem so business owners can focus on growth.”
Beyond warehouse space, Polygon locations offer shared conference rooms, content studios, break areas, and thoughtfully designed environments that help members do more than just store boxes—they can create, collaborate, and scale their operations.
With locations in Dallas and Atlanta and plans to expand further, Polygon is built on the belief that small businesses deserve flexible, purpose-built spaces without the challenges of traditional industrial leases.
