2024 Sustainability Report Highlights

Environmental

  • Ultra-low Scope 1 methane emissions intensity of 0.02%
  • Scope 1 methane emissions reduced by 75% (from 2020 baseline)
  • Scope 1 methane intensity (0.02%) represents ~78% reduction from 2020 baseline
  • 92% of pneumatic devices are non-emitting (as of YE2024)
  • Leak detection rate 96% lower than regulatory standard in 2024
  • Achieved Grade A recertification from MiQ on 100% of our gas production in 2024
    • Expected 4th consecutive Grade A certification in July 2025
  • Reused 73% of all produced flowback water in our operations
  • Completed implementation of our REPLENISH project – expected to reclaim more than 425 million gallons of fresh water annually

Social

  • Top-decile safety metric performance (TRIR, LTIR and DART)
  • Over $463 million in direct economic benefit to the community, with an even greater total economic impact
  • Paid over $411 million to landowners
  • Paid over $52 million in taxes, helping to fund public works in local economies
  • More than $7 million to repair, replace and improve over 17 miles of Ohio roads
