Wall Recycling Rebrands to Liberty Waste Solutions

Wall Recycling

Backed by Allied Industrial Partners, the rebrand signifies the company’s continued investment in scalable, customer-first operations

Wall Recycling, a premier provider of integrated waste and recycling solutions in North Carolina, announced today that it has rebranded to Liberty Waste Solutions (“Liberty” or the “Company”). This new name reflects the Company’s strategic transformation, including its continued expansion and commitment to delivering dependable, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible waste solutions.

Liberty provides comprehensive waste management solutions to residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal customers. Services include roll-off dumpster rentals, front-load commercial pickup, transfer station operations, recycling services, resource reclamation, and sustainable landfill management. As part of its focus on sustainable solutions, Liberty emphasizes waste diversion and environmentally responsible disposal. The Company currently operates across key markets in the greater Raleigh area, Greensboro, Fayetteville, Harnett, County, Franklinton, Rockingham County and Wilmington, with plans to expand into adjacent regions over the next 18 months.

“Our new identity as Liberty Waste Solutions is evidence of how far we’ve come and where we’re going,” said Rick Prather, Chief Executive Officer of Liberty. “We’ve made significant investments in our infrastructure, technology, and team to deliver faster, more reliable, and more sustainable waste solutions. This rebrand brings clarity to who we are: a performance-driven, customer-first operator focused on scale and service excellence.”

Since first receiving financial backing from Allied Industrial Partners in 2022, Liberty has undertaken significant operational enhancements, including modernizing its fleet, implementing advanced routing and dispatch technologies, and expanding its suite of waste management services. In April 2024, the Company divested its scrap metal division to become a pure play vertically integrated provider of waste solutions.  Liberty has also completed several strategic acquisitions to broaden its regional footprint and diversify its service capabilities, reinforcing its position as a leading regional provider in the waste and recycling sector.

“This exciting milestone reflects Liberty’s operational transformation and new strategic focus,” said Bradford Rossi and Philip Wright, Managing Partners of Allied Industrial Partners. “The rebrand aligns with the company’s accelerated growth and its vision to become the undisputed leader in the waste and environmental services sector.”
