  • Limited mentorship opportunities: 45% of workers said they didn’t have a mentor or peer to guide them early in their career.
  • Support managing workloads: 39% struggled with prioritizing the tasks at hand.
  • Insufficient onboarding: 36% felt unprepared due to inadequate employer training.
  • Lack of internship experience: 34% entered the workforce without an internship or relevant work experience.
  • Skills gap: 34% felt that they weren’t able to make an immediate impact with the skills they possessed.
