John brings over 25 years of experience in security management, operations, and innovation to MCA. He will lead the organization in driving growth, strengthening customer partnerships, enhancing solutions, and reinforcing MCA’s “Service First” culture.

John has had an illustrious career, including 23 years with Stanley Security (Stanley Black & Decker), where he led the expansion of operations, developed global strategies, and spearheaded market launches. He was integral to the creation of Enterprise, National, and Global Accounts programs, which enabled organizations to implement scalable security solutions tailored to their needs. Most recently, John served as Chief Commercial Officer at Scutum Group, where he united 50 acquisitions across 13 countries under a consolidated global vision and strategy.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served as a combat engineer during Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield, John embodies the values of discipline, dedication, and teamwork. Outside of his professional achievements, he is a devoted family man who has celebrated 30 years of marriage and raised three children.
