Todd Cipperman brings with him over 30 years of industry expertise leading and growing companies
Great Valley Advisor Group, a Pennsylvania-based registered investment advisor, announced the promotion of Todd Cipperman to Chief Growth Officer. The move from his role as General Counsel highlights the firm’s focus on growth as it continues to support independent financial advisors in scaling their business through tailored solutions.
In his role as Chief Growth Officer, Cipperman will oversee the firm’s short and long-term growth strategies, leveraging his expertise to uncover target markets, client segments, as well as M&A and partnership opportunities. Understanding the complex needs of advisors today, Cipperman will strengthen referral networks with centers of influence and industry partners.
Before joining GVA, Cipperman founded compliance outsourcing firm Cipperman Compliance Services, which he led for nearly two decades before selling the business to a private equity-backed competitor in 2022. Earlier in his career, he served as General Counsel of SEI, one of the industry’s largest independent RIA networks.
