4Refuel is proud to announce that it has been recognized as one of the 2026 Best Workplaces in Canada, ranking 34th on this year’s national list released by The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business.
This designation is based entirely on confidential employee feedback through the Great Place To Work Trust Index™ survey. More than 900 companies competed for a place on this year’s list.
“The competition to achieve the designation of Best Workplaces in Canada is fierce, with over 900 companies competing,” said Nancy Fonseca, SVP Client Services, Great Place To Work. “The only way to be recognized is to invest in an exceptional employee experience, and have this focus permeate every part of the organization.”
Putting People at the Centre
At 4Refuel, employee experience is a core part of our strategy. Our People, Passion, Purpose, Pride, and Performance values guide how we support our team of more than 650 employees across North America.
This recognition reflects the consistency of that experience—how employees view leadership, trust, teamwork, and opportunities to grow. It also highlights our commitment to creating an inclusive environment where every team member feels supported and safe, and where all employees can contribute to our shared success.
“Being named one of Canada’s Best Workplaces is an honour, and it belongs to every member of the 4Refuel team. Our people deliver essential service to customers every day, often under challenging conditions, and they do it with professionalism, safety, and pride. This recognition reflects their dedication and the culture they help shape. We remain focused on building a workplace where people feel valued, respected, and empowered to do their best work,” said 4Refuel President & CEO, Larry Rodo.
“This achievement means a great deal because it comes directly from our people. At 4Refuel, we work hard to create an environment where everyone feels they can grow, contribute, and belong. We are committed to listening, learning, and continuously improving the employee experience, because when our people thrive, our customers and communities thrive too,” said 4Refuel Vice President, People & Culture, Lynne Harkness.
