RGP Names Stephen Hook as Digital Solutions Leader

RGP (Nasdaq: RGP), a global professional services firm, today announced the appointment of Stephen Hook as Digital Solutions Leader as part of the expansion of the firm’s Consulting Segment.

The appointment reflects RGP’s continued investment in scalable, outcome-driven consulting and reinforces the firm’s commitment to integrating finance and technology as the dual engines of enterprise transformation. It aligns with the evolving priorities of CFOs, CIOs, and enterprise leaders as they navigate ERP modernization, AI and data transformation, and risk and governance. By formalizing dedicated leadership, RGP strengthens its ability to align enterprise vision with disciplined execution across systems, data, and operations.

“Stephen combines firsthand CIO experience with the operational rigor required to execute complex global programs,” said Scott Rottmann, President of Consulting Services at RGP. “As finance and technology priorities increasingly converge, his leadership enhances our ability to deliver integrated solutions that increase multi-service engagement and drive measurable business outcomes for our clients.”

Hook brings more than 28 years of global technology leadership, including senior executive roles at some of the world’s most complex institutions. In this expanded role, he will lead RGP’s Digital Solutions practice, overseeing enterprise technology strategy, data and AI enablement, platform modernization, and large-scale transformation programs from advisory through implementation and managed services.

“Organizations today are balancing modernization with resilience,” said Hook. “Technology investments must strengthen core operations while enabling innovation and AI-driven insight. By aligning digital strategy with finance and operational priorities, we can help clients move faster, reduce complexity, and unlock long-term value.”

Hook joined RGP through the firm’s 2024 acquisition of consulting firm Reference Point, where he led the Technology and Data Services practice. He has overseen global technology organizations and large-scale change programs, managing teams of up to 4,500 professionals across operational and transformation disciplines.

Prior to joining Reference Point in 2018, Hook held senior technology leadership roles at Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan, most recently serving as Credit Suisse’s Chief Information Officer for Global Markets and Chief Technology Officer for Investment Bank Risk Technology. His career spans global markets, technology, risk platforms, and enterprise-scale transformation across the Americas and Asia.

“Stephen’s appointment reinforces our strategy to integrate the two epicenters of enterprise transformation, finance and technology,” said Roger Carlile, CEO of RGP. “As AI, data, and modernization reshape the enterprise, our clients need a partner who can connect strategy, systems, and execution. Stephen’s leadership strengthens our ability to deliver that integration at scale.”
